He founded multi-award-winning digital agency Epiphany, which shaped the strategy of Paul Smith, eBay, Pets at Home, JD Sports, and more. After selling the company, Shane spent three years with Matalan, most notably as Chief Customer Officer, where he championed an intelligent, multichannel, digital-first programme that saw the company restore footfall levels to historic levels and drive growth at store level and online. As CEO of SHIFT, Shane advises retailers on strategy and future trends, while maintaining a focus on how ecommerce platforms help retailers become more agile and successful in the long term.
